Some steps an admin resource should be able to gather the information, but will they understand what info to gather and what is not needed? Other times a more technical resource will be required, but do you want to pull them away from their core responsibility, and is it a priority? Our first assignment, as outlined above, is free. No cost and no obligation for any other services. You will receive a detailed Telecommunication Inventory with an Executive Summary rollup.
At the end of our initial process, we’ll also present any “findings or recommendations” we may have uncovered, and any fees or payment options for continuing to assist in the implementation of those findings and recommendations. You are under no obligation to accept any of those findings or recommendations.
If you do agree to engage us for further effort or additional projects, our performance guarantee is simple. After completion of any project we’ll ask if you’re happy with our service. If your answer is no, we don’t deserve to keep your money and we’ll refund your any fees billed for that service.
